This Payments & Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and creator earnings are handled on TubeBrite (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using TubeBrite and making or receiving payments through the Platform, you agree to this Policy, along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Overview
TubeBrite provides both free and paid services for creators and viewers.
These may include:

Premium memberships or subscriptions.

Pay-per-view or event access.

Tips, donations, or direct support to creators.

Advertising or monetization programs.
All financial transactions on TubeBrite are processed through secure, third-party payment providers.
2. Payment Methods
We accept major payment methods, including:

Credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

PayPal and other verified online payment platforms

Mobile payment options where available
All payments are handled by trusted third-party processors, and TubeBrite does not store your full payment information on our servers.
3. Subscription Billing
If you purchase a subscription plan (such as TubeBrite Premium, Creator Plus, or Channel Memberships):
A. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).

Renewal charges will be billed using your selected payment method unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
B. Price Changes

TubeBrite may modify subscription pricing with advance notice.

If pricing changes, you’ll be notified at least 15 days before your next billing date and given the option to cancel.
C. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings.

Cancelling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period (see our Refund Policy).

You’ll retain access to paid features until your billing cycle ends.
4. One-Time Purchases
Certain videos, live streams, or events may require one-time payments (pay-per-view).
You’ll be charged immediately upon purchase, and access will be granted instantly or at the scheduled event time.
All such purchases are final, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Creator Earnings & Payouts
Creators who participate in TubeBrite’s monetization programs (ads, memberships, tips, etc.) agree to the following:

Earnings are based on TubeBrite’s analytics and payment calculations.

Payouts are processed through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or direct deposit).

Minimum payout thresholds may apply (e.g., $100 or $50 depending on the region).

TubeBrite reserves the right to withhold or reverse earnings for fraudulent activity, policy violations, or chargebacks.

Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes and reporting based on local laws.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or authorization issues:

We’ll attempt to reprocess your payment automatically.

You’ll receive a notification to update your payment method.

Continued nonpayment may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of your paid account or access to premium features.
7. Taxes
All prices listed on TubeBrite are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Depending on your location, VAT, GST, or local taxes may be added to your total charge.
TubeBrite will comply with regional tax laws and may collect or remit taxes as required.
8. Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

Contact us at support@tubebrite.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Provide your account details and proof of charge.

We’ll review your case and respond within 5–10 business days.
Please do not initiate a chargeback before contacting our support team, as this can delay resolution and may result in account suspension.
9. Payment Security
Your transactions are protected using:

Encrypted connections (SSL/HTTPS).

Verified third-party processors.

Anti-fraud systems and payment validation checks.
We never sell or share payment details and follow strict PCI compliance standards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payments & Billing Policy from time to time to reflect platform improvements or legal changes.
Updates will take effect upon posting, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
