TubeBrite DMCA Policy

TubeBrite respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to properly submitted copyright infringement notices and take appropriate action when necessary.
This policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement and how users can respond to claims.
1. Copyright Infringement Policy
TubeBrite does not allow the uploading, sharing, or distribution of content that violates another party’s copyright or intellectual property rights.

4. Counter-Notification Process
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include:

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and will accept service of process from the original complainant

5. Repeat Infringers
TubeBrite may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
6. False Claims
Submitting false or misleading DMCA claims may result in legal consequences. TubeBrite reserves the right to reject or take action against abusive or fraudulent notices.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on the Platform.
