TubeBrite Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TubeBrite. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TubeBrite platform, website, mobile applications, services, and tools (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using TubeBrite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TubeBrite. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with parental or legal guardian consent.

By using TubeBrite, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

 

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and to update such information as necessary.

TubeBrite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

 

3. Creator Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload to TubeBrite.

By uploading content, you grant TubeBrite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote, and operate your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the rights of others.

 

4. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, post, or distribute content that includes:

  • Illegal activities or unlawful conduct

  • Copyright infringement

  • Fraudulent or misleading content

  • Hate speech or harassment

  • Violent threats or incitement

  • Child exploitation or abuse

  • Malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Content intended to harm the Platform or its users

TubeBrite reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

 

5. Monetization and Payments

Eligible creators may participate in TubeBrite monetization programs, including ad revenue sharing, memberships, subscriptions, donations, sponsorships, and other revenue opportunities.

TubeBrite reserves the right to determine eligibility requirements, payout thresholds, payment schedules, and program modifications.

Fraudulent activity or manipulation of monetization systems may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

 

6. Community Standards

Users must engage respectfully with creators, viewers, advertisers, and platform staff.

Harassment, impersonation, abuse, scams, and malicious behavior are strictly prohibited.

TubeBrite may issue warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans for violations.

 

7. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

TubeBrite may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All TubeBrite branding, logos, software, technology, trademarks, and platform materials remain the exclusive property of TubeBrite unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use of TubeBrite intellectual property is prohibited.

 

9. Privacy

Your use of TubeBrite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the Platform, you consent to our privacy practices.

 

10. Account Suspension and Termination

TubeBrite reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or actions that may harm the Platform or its users.

Termination may result in content removal and loss of monetization access.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

TubeBrite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TubeBrite, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

 

13. Changes to Terms

TubeBrite may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which TubeBrite operates.
